We live in a multi-story house. On the 1st floor, I run my office where I am usually present. The 2nd floor is rented to other tenants, while my parents and I live on the 3rd floor with our small dog. Because of the dog, we are often at home or close by. The 4th floor is reserved exclusively for guests, offering a fully private space with its own kitchen, bedroom, and bathroom. Up to 2 guests can stay. Please note there is no elevator, so going up to the 4th floor may be a little tiring at times. For privacy, you will have the entire 4th floor to yourself. The only times we may need brief access are to water the plants or use the balcony for laundry drying, but we will never enter your private rooms without your permission. If we need to go upstairs, we will always let you know in advance. I speak both English and Korean, while my parents speak only Korean. Even so, they love meeting guests and will always warmly welcome you. If you stay longer, we would love to take you out to try delicious local food and even explore parts of Korea together. Our goal is to provide you with a safe, comfortable, and welcoming home during your stay in Korea. More than just a place to sleep, we hope to become friends you can rely on while living in Seoul.
