You will be living in Madrid's second oldest building, an old palace-villa and later a convent, fully retrofitted. The neighbourhood is just placed in the old city and you have access to all kinds of transportation and shops nearby. Tapas bars, and emblematic restaurants are very handy and walking distance.
The apartment has two floors (duplex), the main double bed bedroom is placed in the ground floor and on the upper floor there is a small attic room for a sofa bed and an office. The apartment keeps the original vighetti view, has wooden floors and a light that makes it very warm and pleasant. The kitchen, in red, has low consumption appliances and comfortable storage systems. The master bedroom is spacious, has a huge wardrobe and has an ensuite double bathroom. In the dining room, attached to the kitchen there is another very practical work closet for pantry and storage of sheets, towels, tools, etc. The living room is very spacious and bright and has an outdoor balcony. The hall has a toilet with a very practical shower for dinners and guests, and under the staircase that accesses the second floor there is space to put the bikes or suitcases. The building is beautiful, with high ceilings and with a very nice patio, designed with a combination of stone, glass and wood that gives it a modern point.
