Welcome to the Rio Marvila, your enchanting home away from home nestled in one of Lisbon's most traditional neighborhoods. This beautifully designed triplex with an unique rustic charm.
The house has all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay, including a fully equipped kitchen, a cozy living area and 2 comfortable bedrooms.
0️⃣ On the LOWER FLOOR, you will find a small hall. On the left side there is the main bedroom, furnished with a king size bed and a desk, making it ideal for those moments when you need to catch up on work or studies.
The bathroom with natural light and walk-in shower.
FLOOR 1️⃣ (Entrance): the main area that unfolds into a welcoming living space furnished with a sofa and internet (up to 200mbps)
The Kitchenette is fully equipped with all the appliances and utensils necessary for your stay, including dish washer. Complementing, there is a dining table that comfortably seats up to 4 people.
The LAUNDRY area has a washing machine, iron and ironing board, and some cleaning utensils.
The small sunny TERRACE is furnished with a small table and chairs. It also has two high benches where you can enjoy that tasty breakfast.
FLOOR 2️⃣ (UPPER): you`ll find a second bedroom with rustic decor, furnished with a single bed for 2 guests, ideal for additional guests or children.

- The house is located near a railway line. However, trains pass only a few times a day, and the windows provide good sound insulation.
- TV channels are currently not available. However, you can use streaming apps like Amazon Prime or Netflix via the TV menu with your own login.
- The neighborhood is safe, very quiet, and family-friendly. The neighbors are humble but welcoming.
- The best way to get around this area is by car or bus.
